Fun Fruit Fusions Recipe

Fun Fruit Fusions Recipe

Create and enjoy healthy, nutritious flavored water with real fruit, herbs, and spices! If you have a BPA-free infusion bottle, you can use that; if not, a glass water pitcher or a large water glass will do. Use your favorite mineral water bottled in glass, or filtered, contaminant-free water.

RECIPE

  • Select your favorite fruit and herb combination from the list below, or create your own blend.
  • Chop or break fruit and vegetables into small pieces, and place in center core of infusion bottle, or directly in pitcher or glass.
  • Gently bruise the leaves of your herb(s) of choice and add.
  • Add either sparkling or still water, let the flavors infuse for 30 minutes, and enjoy!

Note: If you are infusing a larger batch, you can refrigerate for at least three hours. Remove any citrus peels after three hours so the water doesn’t turn bitter.
