- Pour the almond milk into a small saucepan
- Heat the almond milk until hot, not boiling
- Add the chamomile tea and lavender buds
- Allow the tea to steep for 5-6 minutes
- Remove tea bags and strain out the lavender buds
- Pour into a teacup
- Stir in the almond or vanilla extract
- Sweeten with honey, to taste
- Unwind & relax

8 ounces almond milk (unsweetened)
1 bag chamomile tea – Biodynamic® Heirloom Chamomile Tea Bags
½ teaspoon almond extract or vanilla extract
½ teaspoon organic lavender buds or use chamomile lavender tea – get relaxed® - No.14 Tea for Relieving Stress
*Optional – Add honey
Instructions:
